Hi, I'm Bruce Roberts the Creative Director at Delmar Pictures with 15 years of experience in videography, photography, and editing.
My freelance upbringing is in the ENG style world, and since 2017, I’ve worked as a Director of Photography across documentary, reality, unscripted, and independent productions. I often work as a one man band and a self starter which means work for me is finding the story, working directly with subjects, conducting interviews, running sound, mic’ing talent, lighting locations, managing media, and adapting to the needs of the production.

My production experience has me working with major networks and platforms such as Netflix, Google, HBO Max, A24, Amazon Prime, A&E, Bravo, and Lifetime. Some selected credits include Queer Eye, Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup, Kitchen Nightmares, 90 Day Fiancé, Clerk (2021), and Southern Pride (2018).
Clerk and Southern Pride are documentaries that I loved working on. They both brought a rich satisfaction to my goals I set for myself when I started this journey in 2011. I was proud to see the two films go on to screen at film festivals I used to dream of attending including SXSW, BFI Flare, Frameline, and the Oxford Film Festival.
